About Katie Bracher & Sauna Master UK
Sauna Master UK has been on a mission to share the beauty of sweat bathing with the people of the UK since 2014, hosting trainings and creating sauna experiences inspired by ancient practices from around the world.
Katie is at the forefront of the emerging UK sauna scene — founder and creator of the first pop-up seaside sauna concept, which sparked a wave of similar businesses around the UK. She now runs Wild Spa Wowo, a glorious sauna garden in the Sussex countryside and the location for her in-person trainings.
Katie's interest lies in the embodied experience, communal practice, rituals, nature and self connection that can be formed through sauna practice. Having spent the past 14 years as a student of global bathing traditions, she is on a journey to bring these ancient traditions into our modern world.
