Join Kinetika in a joyous procession through Barking Riverside in a celebration of community and movement.
Bringing their infectious energy to Emerge East for the first time, Kinetika Bloco are a powerhouse mix of brass, woodwind, drums, steel pans, and dance, led by young musicians, including alumni from Ezra Collective. They will be showcasing The Vanguards, the theme of this year's summer school that celebrates music that bent genres, sparked new dance styles and forged new sounds.
Kinetika invite you into their world, to escape for a moment in a sound that is uniquely theirs and yet celebrates so many who have led the way before them.
